Wildman Athletica's “Body Weight, 101” program is the first in a series of “Get-Up” training that focuses on building resilience, strength, agility, and mobility, by emphasizing foundational human skills that have been lost to us over time.

Getting up off the ground under stress for self-defense is a human skill that humans have been practicing throughout human history. Wildman Athletica's "Krav Get-Up 1" program trains athletes in primal human movement patterns, in a scientific way for effective results.

Get Up Training Series

Designed to help people at all levels of ability and experience, from the absolute beginner to the seasoned expert, so that individuals may realize their goals and build the strength and mobility that are essential to a healthy lifestyle.

This series of programs provide:

➣ Foundational movement training that is absent from most programs

➣ A solid foundation for future regimens under the Get-Up series of programs

➣ Contextual training that is part of a larger series of programs, all of which will be centered around the development of an essential human skill.

➣ An entirely equipment-free experience, with sensitivity to the overall economic environment.

➣ At a minimum, six weeks of swearing and sweating, although most athletes may run this program for MONTHS, or even YEARS of novel training.

Mark Wildman is a versatile athlete, and has been sharing his extensive knowledge with models, elite athletes, and performers for the better part of two decades. He is a highly respected instructor with a proven methodology, sought after on a global scale.

This regimen is focused on making you "better at being human." Mark recognizes that it takes more than six weeks of "vanity" training to accomplish that goal.
